The content of the course;
– Timeline of the threat (keeping the distance, body language, verbal communication, positioning, and scanning)
– Releases from wrist grabs (one of the most common grabs)
– Defences against hair grabs
-Defences against “bearhugs” type of attack
– Preventions and releases from chokes/strangulations (life-threatening attack)
– Releases from headlocks from the side (one of the most common holds)
– Defending while on the ground (positioning, getting up from the ground under pressure, basic escapes from most common attacks)
